At Music24Music, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized songs for special occasions. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a specific refund policy as outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized Songs: All custom song orders are non-refundable once work has begun. Given the personalized nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds after creation has started or upon delivery of the final product.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Music24Music cannot complete or deliver the song within the agreed-upon timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If a song delivered does not match the order details due to an error on our part, we will correct the issue without additional charge or, in rare cases, offer a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund based on the above criteria, please contact us at info@music24music.com within 24 hour of receiving your order. Provide your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-4 business days.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Minor Adjustments: Each custom order includes one round of minor revisions. Additional adjustments may be accommodated at an extra charge, depending on the extent of changes requested.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: While we aim to capture your vision based on the provided details, refunds are not available if the song meets the specifications provided but does not fully meet subjective expectations. We recommend sharing as many details as possible during the order process to help us create a song that aligns with your preferences.

5. Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to restrict access to services, and future refund eligibility may be affected.
